Buzzy, eccentric Brighton is one of those places that continues to draw travellers in. Located on England’s sunny south coast, just an hour directly from London, it’s also really easy to get to.
Flights to Brighton touch down at London Gatwick (LGW), conveniently located at around the halfway point between the capital and Brighton. From there, you can get frequent, quick and cheap Brighton-bound rail connections, or alternatively drive for 40 minutes from the airport to the city centre, mostly down the A23 dual carriageway. The cheapest option for transfers to Brighton is by coach, with National Express offering frequent journeys on this route.
Brighton’s rail station is a just a half-mile stroll down to the seafront, while the coach station is even closer to the sea.
