Direct flights to Miami Airport other than those from Heathrow are limited.

From other UK airports, including Belfast and Aberdeen, the cheapest Miami flight deals in 2023 involve a change at Heathrow.

If the idea of a stopover sends your spirits plummeting, consider flying to Orlando and hiring a car for the three-and-a-half-hour drive to Miami. Delta and Virgin Atlantic both run direct flights from Manchester and there are flights from Glasgow to Orlando with Virgin Atlantic. You can also fly direct to Orlando from London.

Prices tend to be competitive thanks to the popularity of Orlando, so it’s worth considering this route as an alternative to cheap Miami flights. The best bit? You could squeeze in a visit to Disney World en-route.

The easiest way to enjoy a cheap Miami holiday is to travel by air, but there are alternatives for more intrepid travellers. If you have time on your hands and fancy a spot of adventure then why not fly into a city further north on the East Coast and hop on a Greyhound bus? Flying to New York, for example, can be very cheap and there are plenty of exciting destinations to hit on the way down, including Washington DC, Jacksonville and Orlando.
