Flights to Texas

With three airports having non-stop routes to the UK, plus many enjoying quick connections, Texas is an easy state to reach...

Dallas has daily flights from Heathrow with British Airways and American Airlines, Houston with British Airways and United and Austin with BA. Flights take around 11 hours non-stop.

There are also a range of connecting flights with US carriers from both London and several UK airports such as Manchester and Edinburgh via their hubs at New York, Atlanta, Chicago and Philadelphia. These flights take around 13 hours.  You can also fly to Dallas and Houston via Paris, Amsterdam and Frankfurt with Air France, KLM and Lufthansa from many regional UK departure points.

Additional airports can be reached via the Texan hubs or via major arrival points in the US such as Atlanta and New York.

At Dallas Fort Worth, the Skylink high-speed train connects all five terminals and makes getting around the airport simple and quick. Trinity Railway Express offers regular trains into Dallas and Fort Worth and Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) provides bus services direct into downtown Dallas. There is also a regular shuttle service to Fort Worth. You'll find a shuttle bus service to the airport's rental car location, too. Taxis offer a flat rate to the business district of either city.

Houston Intercontinental offers a SuperShuttle Shared Ride service to destinations around the city and the Galveston beach area. Most of the hotels around the airport also provide their own courtesy buses. Taxis offer a Flat Zone rate within Houston's city limits and there's a public bus service via Houston Metro. There's a central rental car facility with a regular shuttle bus service from the airport terminals.
